These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Casino Learning Center (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. The Site is operated by Pacific Northwest Technology LLC, an Idaho, USA limited liability company ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

Casino Learning Center provides educational content and digital products about casino games, probability, and accepted strategy concepts, for entertainment and educational purposes only. We do not operate a casino, accept wagers, facilitate gambling, or extend credit of any kind. Nothing on the Site guarantees a profit or a specific gambling outcome — see our Responsible Gaming page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

3. Purchases and payment

Digital products are sold through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are due in full at checkout. An order is confirmed only once payment is verified; access to your purchased product is then granted to your account.

4. Digital delivery and refunds

Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly to your account after payment. Because the product is available to you immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded. If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us at support@pnwtechnology.com before your first download attempt and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable use

Purchased digital products are licensed for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share purchased files, or attempt to circumvent our access controls.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and digital products, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited personal-use license described above.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its products are provided "as is" for educational and entertainment purposes, without warranties of any kind. Educational content — including any starting-hand recommendations — reflects a simplified beginner model and is not a guarantee of gambling results. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products, including any gambling losses incurred while applying educational content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed informally by contacting support@pnwtechnology.com.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
